Returns

All Sales are final.

If any damaged items are received, you need to immediately take photos of the package and all contents. Email us these photos with any other pertinent information no more than 24 hours after receipt of your delivery. Any items that have been used or are not in their original condition may not be returned.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in original packaging.

Non-glass items may be returned on a case by case basis. If you are not 100% satisfied with your non-glass purchase, please contact as at sa***@ro***************.com.

Refunds

All sales are final. If any damaged items are received, you need to immediately take photos of the package and all contents. Email us these photos with any other pertinent information no more than 24 hours after receipt of your delivery. Any items that have been used or are not in their original condition may not be returned.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card. (Please note that it may take several days for refunds to process.)

Shipping

You are responsible for paying shipping costs to return items, and shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the total. (We will make an exception if the return is due to our error.)

International Shipping

Please note that international orders may be assessed extra customs/import fees upon delivery. If an international order is returned and we are required to pay customs fees to have it redelivered, these fees will be taken out of the refund total.
